Fresh Fruit with Muscat Glaze

Ingredients:
1/2 bottle semi-sparkling muscat
2 T ginger, grated
pinch sugar
mixed seasonal fruit

Preparation:
Pour the wine into a sauce pan, add the sugar and ginger. Bring to a boil, and then reduce to a simmer. Reduce the sauce to 1/4 original volume, or until desired consistency.
Dice fresh fruit into bite sized pieces, and drizzle with glaze. Toss and serve.
